Original concept I drew for the sculpture.

With tracing paper over the concept, I planned out the armature.

Initial blocking over the armature. The concept was slightly modified at this stage to make the sculpture more dynamic.

To have consistency on the coins, I made a "stamp" out of a paper clip for the face of the coins and rolled the sides on a comb to create the ridges.
